You can also check online Services for self-publishing books that do small run prints. Also, before you decide what to print, read it thoroughly.

Every one of the story books has optional chapters in other eras (Middle Ages, Invictus,etc) that you may or may not want to run, as well as pictures. Chosing wisely what to print and what to leave out (most NPC sheets aren't really necesarry, for example, as are the spell descriptions most of the time), can cut out a lot of the pages. Over all it will be more than 1000 pages for the entire thing, so just printing probably will be a mess, you'd want to at least get it spiral bound (or bind them yourself with multiple folders.) It's well worth the price though, a great Adventure to run!
