To get PMI concepts in my head, it took me 3 times reading PMBOK and PMP Exam Prep book from Rita Mulcahy. PMP FastTrack CD by Rita is a good source for practicing questions. Answering the questions in the CD will let you think in PMI way. PMP is not that difficult as people portray it.
